Recognized and awarded internationally, our distillery is dedicate to the production of "Single Malt Whiskies" and fruit distillates of particular quality, all 100% hand crafted.
From the malting of our carefully cultivated barley, and/or harvesting of our organic fruit, mashing and fermenting, the traditional distilling in our two copper stills, maturing in first refill, selected bourbon or cherry casks to filling and labeling, everything is done in-house.
Thanks to our ability to influence each and every stage of process, we maximize the pure, natural and unique character of our distillates.
